VAT

No German VAT identification number under section 27a of the German VAT Act is held. Any VAT due on a purchase is collected, stated and remitted by our sales and payment partner (Merchant of Record).

Sales and payment partner (Merchant of Record)

The maker and rights holder of the Spire software is Profitzly LLC. Sales and payment processing are handled for us by a separate company, our sales and payment partner Lemon Squeezy. Its legal entity is Sold Through Link, LLC (formerly Lemon Squeezy LLC), 222 South Main Street, Suite 500, Salt Lake City, UT 84101, USA. The purchase contract for the license is concluded between you and this partner, not with us. The partner issues the invoice, processes payment, states and remits the applicable taxes and is your point of contact for refunds and withdrawal. A reference to this partner appears on your bank statement (for example LEMSQZY). The right to use the software is granted to you by Profitzly LLC under its license terms.

Consumer dispute resolution

We are neither willing nor obliged to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board. The European Commission's former online dispute resolution platform was discontinued on 20 July 2025, so any reference to it no longer applies.
