Refund and Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawal notice

The contracting party for your purchase is our sales and payment partner Lemon Squeezy, legal entity Sold Through Link, LLC (formerly Lemon Squeezy LLC), 222 South Main Street, Suite 500, Salt Lake City, UT 84101, USA. The following notice reflects your statutory distance-selling rights.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving reasons. The withdrawal period is fourteen (14) days from the day the contract is concluded. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform the sales partner (contact details on the invoice and in the order confirmation) of your decision to withdraw by a clear statement, for example by email. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not mandatory. You are also welcome to contact hi@git-spire.com and we will pass your request on. To meet the deadline, it is enough that you send your notice of withdrawal before the period ends.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, all payments that we or the sales partner received from you are refunded without undue delay and within fourteen (14) days at the latest from the day the notice of your withdrawal is received. The same payment method used in the original transaction is used for the refund, unless expressly agreed otherwise. You are not charged any fees for this refund.

Early expiry for digital content

For digital content not supplied on a physical medium (download of the software and provision of the license key), the right of withdrawal expires early under section 356(6) of the German Civil Code once performance has begun, after you have (1) expressly agreed that performance begins before the withdrawal period ends, (2) confirmed your awareness that by this consent you lose your right of withdrawal once performance begins, and (3) been provided with a confirmation of the contract on a durable medium (for example by email). The sales partner obtains this consent and confirmation during checkout.

If you want to withdraw from the contract, you can complete and return this form. Voluntary satisfaction guarantee

Independently of the statutory right, we offer a voluntary money-back option: if Spire does not convince you within the first thirty (30) days after purchase, email hi@git-spire.com. We will arrange the refund through the sales and payment partner. In addition, you can try Spire free for thirty (30) days before buying.
